About Me
I was born in New Jersey, but I spent most of my life in South Florida in an equestrian town called Wellington. Growing up, most of my free time was spent playing sports. I was forced to try every sport but eventually settle on football and baseball. My playing days ended in high school, surprisingly colleges don't have much interest in a 5'6 linebacker/fullback. Instead of playing at some small school, I decided to attend the University of Florida. There I started working as a sportswriter for the student newspaper, The Independent Florida Alligator. The fact that my parents forced me to play all sports and not focus on just one or two has allowed me to write knowledgeably about most sports. Besides sports, I enjoy movies, reading, TV, especially crappy reality shows, and cooking. I don't think I can pick at a favorite movie or book, but The Wire is still my favorite TV show and my fried chicken is my favorite thing I've cooked. Hopefuly, I can bring all my interests and some other topics to this blog.
